The annual Downtown Tiffin Trick or Treat event has been moved to 4:30-6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29. The original date was changed due to safety concerns with ongoing roadwork projects.
Seneca County residents are encouraged to bring their little ones to stop at Downtown Tiffin businesses to collect treats and explore everything going on in the community.
