Taste in Downtown Tiffin Returns August 27, 2026

TIFFIN, OHIO – August 10, 2026 – Downtown Tiffin will host its annual Taste in Downtown Tiffin on Thursday, August 27, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The event will take place at National Corner, the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library parking lot, and along Jefferson Street.

The event will feature menu samples from a variety of local restaurants and food vendors, providing attendees with an opportunity to experience a range of offerings from Tiffin-area eateries. Participating vendors include Big V’s Pretzel Bites, Carmie’s BBQ & Grill, Cookies and Cream Chronicles, Fort Ball Pizza Palace, Golda’s YUMobile, GW’s Fine Food and Spirits, Heavenly Pizza, Hunan King, Ironwood, Jenn’s Caked Up Cookies, Jolly’s Drive-In, Reino’s Pizza and Pasta, Scoops of Joy Food Trailer, Simply Susan’s Chocolates, Smokin’ Sows, The Bagel Buggy, The Empire Bistro, Tiffin Community Kitchen, Xcaret Mexican Restaurant, and water/pop by the Downtown Tiffin event committee.

Tickets may be purchased in advance at Pan Yan Bookstore and Simply Susan’s or at the event. A pack of five tickets is available for $5, while a pack of 20 tickets is available for $20. Most food samples will cost between one and three tickets, allowing attendees to enjoy a variety of offerings throughout the evening.

During the event, the Tiffin City Parks & Recreation Department will host its annual Band Bash from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Frost-Kalnow Amphitheater on the East Green. The concert will feature performances by marching bands from local high schools and universities.
