TIFFIN, OHIO – August 15, 2024 – The Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership (TSEP) announced today that Noah Paris has been selected as the Community Development Coordinator. Paris will be filling the role of Corrina Eidt, who will be departing at the end of the month. Eidt previously served as the organization’s Operations Manager, however, the new role will shift to allow more of a focus on community development and grant-writing.

Paris, originally from Elida, Ohio, is a graduate of Heidelberg University with degrees in Political Science and Economics.  During his time at Heidelberg, Paris was involved in many leadership groups, such as the Berg Events Council (BEC) and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, (SAAC) both of which he served on the executive board for the organizations. During his final year at Heidelberg, Paris had an internship with TSEP where his main role was to reach out to TSEP members to gather information to put on the organization’s website.

“I am very excited to be back with TSEP and a part of a great organization. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with our amazing community and to continue the great work that TSEP has done,” said Paris.

The restructuring of TSEP will allow the organization to apply for additional state, federal, and private grant programs, which will in turn bring new dollars into Seneca County. Furthermore, Paris will serve as the link between TSEP, local government, and local agencies on key community development projects and initiatives.

TSEP President & CEO Aaron Montz is thrilled for the changes, stating “Noah was a phenomenal intern in his time with us while he studied at Heidelberg University. He brings a unique skillset to our organization that will fit hand-in-glove as our Community Development Coordinator.”
