Heritage Ohio Awards
2024 Recipient: Spirit of Main Street Award – Reineke and Reinbolt Families
Heritage Ohio hosts annual awards to recognize projects and individuals contributing to historic preservation and downtown revitalization across Ohio. Categories highlight excellence in areas such as public building rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, preservation leadership, and community impact. Downtown Tiffin has been honored with multiple statewide awards over the years, celebrating local people, projects, and places that have strengthened our historic district. Anne Gase Downtown Achievement Award
2024 Recipients: Chris & Judy Hafley
Honors an outstanding volunteer or volunteers for exceptional time, commitment, and dedication to Downtown Tiffin.
Main Street Director’s Award
2025 Recipient: City of Tiffin
A discretionary award from the Main Street Manager to a person or organization that made downtown more vibrant and engaging.
Golden Broom Award
2025 Recipient: Reclaim It
The Golden Broom Award is part of Downtown Tiffin’s Best Foot Forward program, launched in 2024 by the Design Committee to encourage storefront pride. Secret shoppers score businesses on cleanliness, presentation, and curb appeal. The top business receives the traveling Golden Broom trophy, recognizing their commitment to keeping downtown inviting and vibrant.
