Enjoy Your Visit with DORA
The Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) allows visitors to purchase an alcoholic beverage from a participating business and enjoy it outdoors within a defined district in Downtown Tiffin. DORA is designed to enhance the downtown experience while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. The Downtown Tiffin DORA is active seven days a week from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
How It Works
1. Purchase from a Participating Business
Order your beverage in an official Downtown Tiffin DORA cup from a participating liquor-licensed establishment.
2. Enjoy Within the Boundary
You may carry and enjoy your beverage outdoors anywhere inside the DORA boundary.
3. Follow the Rules
To keep the program enjoyable and safe for everyone, please follow the guidelines outlined below.

DORA cups cannot be taken outside of the DORA boundaries.

Cups from one liquor-licensed establishment cannot be taken into another liquor-licensed establishment.

DORA drinks must be purchased and served in the official DORA cup.

Patrons may only purchase one DORA drink at a time for personal consumption.

If you wish to take your drink outdoors, ask your bartender to transfer it into an official DORA cup. Patrons are not permitted to pour their own drinks into DORA cups.

DORA cups may be taken into non-liquor-licensed businesses if the business allows it. Look for DORA-friendly window decals.

DORA drinks may only be sold within the liquor-licensed boundaries of the establishment. Sales cannot occur outside.
