Committees
Downtown Tiffin’s success is driven by dedicated volunteers who bring their skills, ideas, and energy to our committees. Each group focuses on a key area of the Main Street program, working together to make downtown vibrant, welcoming, and prosperous.
Downtown Committees
Business Enhancement
Supports economic growth by helping existing businesses thrive, recruiting new ones, filling vacant spaces, and creating a balanced mix of shops, restaurants, services, and attractions.
Design
Improves the look and feel of downtown through building façade upgrades, signage, lighting, landscaping, sidewalks, streetscapes, and other visual elements that reflect our character and charm.
Downtown Development Board
Guides both short- and long-term planning to keep Downtown Tiffin’s vision and mission on track. Works closely with the Main Street Manager to maintain full Main Street accreditation and oversee program-wide goals.
Marketing
Highlights downtown’s unique appeal through events, campaigns, and promotions that attract shoppers, visitors, and investors while building pride in our community.
