TIFFIN, OHIO – June 4, 2025 – MST Street Grub, owned by Chris Chase, will introduce a new food truck to Downtown Tiffin in early summer, bringing a fresh and convenient dining option to the community.

Located at 92 Madison St., MST Pub & Grub has been a staple in Tiffin’s restaurant scene since 2009, known for its inviting atmosphere and commitment to quality. The addition of the food truck reflects owner Chris Chase’s ongoing dedication to meeting the evolving needs of his customers.

“I look forward to offering more options to enjoy MST and to serve events like grad parties, weddings, and business lunches throughout the Tiffin community,” said Chase.

Originally from Sterling Heights, Michigan, Chase moved to Tiffin in 1999 to attend college. While working towards his master’s degree, he began bartending and saw a clear demand for additional dining choices in the area. After purchasing MST, he spent a decade transforming the space into the popular spot it is today.

With 20 years of experience in the bar and restaurant industry, Chase continues to embrace new opportunities for growth. The food truck will feature a limited menu, including MST’s popular chicken chunks, loaded chunks, and weekly specialty items. The addition will also allow MST to provide takeout and delivery services more efficiently, catering to the growing demand for on-the-go meals.

"Madison Street Tavern has become a cornerstone of our local dining scene, and this new food truck is a perfect example of how Chris Chase continues to think outside the box," said Mayor Lee W. Wilkinson. "Tiffin thrives because of innovative business owners like Chris who aren’t afraid to try something new to serve our community better."

About Downtown Tiffin

The revitalization of downtown Tiffin began in 2011, when a group of community members came together to form “Tiffin Tomorrow”, with the goal of promoting and encouraging economic development in Downtown Tiffin, and creating plans, programs, and actions to ensure long-term vitality and prosperity. In 2014, the City of Tiffin contracted with SIEDC to act as the downtown organization and “Tiffin Tomorrow” came under the SIEDC (now TSEP) umbrella as the “Downtown Development Board,” which serves as the governing board of the downtown organization. In 2015, Tiffin joined Heritage Ohio’s Main Street Program. For more information, click here.
